PetPlan and moving across the country

I've moved from London, where things are expensive, to Not London, where things are much cheaper. I always knew I was paying more for pet insurance because I was in London (£48) but now I've moved to Not London, PetPlan are still charging me London rates for pet insurance, rather than Not London rates (£21 for the same cover - I ran a new quote)

I'm going to ring them up and complain, but has anyone fought this battle before?

I have found London and South East are the same price so I guess it depends on where out of London you have gone to.

We were able to get cheaper insurance when we moved out of area totally but only got the benefit at the beginning of a new year as the admin to change the policy mid way through was more than the saving
