Has anyone else had a bad experience from this business? I would say DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. The customer service and IT set up is appalling. I could never get emails notifying me of member interest in my dog, messages always went to SPAM folder despite many attempts to amend this. This included my renewal notice so I have unwillingly paid for a second year for no service at all from this business. They say that for some reason they are 'unable to give me a refund', (really??) despite no activity on my account this year. They have never telephoned me, long time to reply to emails. Appalling.
