What's the best way to deal with this behaviour?

Can't help but I am in the same boat - 10 month old Cocker - who for the first 9.5 months of his life wanted to make friends with everyone he met - now seems to want to eat them and make them leave the house.

Gone from über friendly to terror in a fortnight. Nothing's changed in the house. I have been wrecking my brains as to what's spooked/changed him.

Doesn't help that he's the cutest wee adorable faced wee thing - people seem utterly shocked when he turns into 'devil pup'

Do you think it is because they are teenagers?

Pretty sure my brothers spaniel was like this and they distracted her with a treat so she didn't get anxious. Now when she seen someone, she looks for a treat rather than barking. They give her the treat sort of randomly so she doesn't always get something but she always looks IYSWIM.

Thanks, will give that a try 😊

I'm giving the treat tip a try too.

We're getting there slowly...
