Sorry, busy life at the mo.
JaimeLannister that’s exactly what I got but as I was in a hurry to order as we’d nearly run out I didn’t think any more about it.
This was the emails that I received from Millie’s:
It has been brought to our attention, that one of our customers has experienced fraudulent activity in their bank account following a purchase through our website’s Worldpay payment gateway.
Whilst there is no current evidence that card details were accessed during this time, we are urging all customers who placed an order through the Worldpay payment method on our site between Friday 2ndFebruary and Tuesday 6thFebruary, to contact their bank as a matter of urgency.
We sincerely hope that this was an isolated incident and we are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
And then:
We are having this cyber incident fully investigated and as we have a secure site licence and worldpay.
We are awaiting the outcome of the investigation we have closed the worldpay payment method until we have the outcome and we have also increased protection on the website. We have never stored card details as to reduce cyber crime and we are always looking for more ways to protect customers.
Ensuring that customers security is paramount and by informing all customers who ordered over the weekend to check their banks and liase with them on any movements that have not been authorised.
So it looks like that Millie’s was hacked and people’s cards have been copied. Hope that clarifies things.
