What's this on my dogs eye

It started small and I just noticed it's got big. I thought was a bite at first ?

Help please ?

No not a tic.

It may be a wart. Dogs get them when their immune system is low but they tend to disappear pretty quickly. My dog has had several over the years but only for a few weeks at a time.
