11mo pup barking madly on walks with dc

Just wondered if anyone had any advice on this. We have an 11mo miniature schnauzer which we know is a yappy breed and for the most part we manage this through ignore/distract/remove. She has three walks a day and on solo walks with me or DH is well behaved, good recall, meets and greets other dogs appropriately. However when I take her out with the dc at lunchtime she goes nuts if another dog comes near - lunges at them, barks wildly and growls. Attempting to distract with treats does nothing. It has got progressively worse over the summer, presumably because she was being walked with both dc (6 and 3) every day. I should say that DH doesn't get this behaviour but he walks her with the dc early on the weekend mornings and lets her off the lead. She has completed the first 2 stages of dog obedience (repeating stage 3 due to retrieval issues Grin), passed KC good citizen bronze award and due to start silver course in a month or so. DH does the training with her if that's relevant. I will have the opportunity to walk her without the dc for the most part from next week but it is inevitable that she will be walked with them at some point. I am at the end of my tether with this and a bit lost at what to try. But I don't want it to be that I can never walk her with the kids which is currently what it feels likes.
