So we seem to have mushrooms in the lawn...I'm trying to pick them as soon as I see them but how much do
I need to worry about puppy being out there unsupervised?

When my pup was very young and would eat anything, including stones I used to pick them out all the time. Now he is bigger and I know he isn't interested in them I don't bother.

Some mushrooms are okay some can be toxic to dogs so best to be safe and go on picking them. Especially with a curious puppy.

They can be very toxic. My dog ate some from the garden and I've never seen anything like it - she poured liquid from every orifice! It was really not nice and emergency trip to vet and charcoal etc. She was about 4 at the time so a puppy would be much worse! Try and get them first if you can!
