Food recommendations: not wet but not dry!

My lovely lady is coming up to double figures in human years and for as long as I can remember she's eaten Hi-life. I know it's not exactly premium quality but she's a hale and hearty mongrel and has always enjoyed it.
She seems to be going off it now but i've no idea about what's out there in terms of similar consistency (pellets but chewy / moist, not crunchy).
She won't entertain dry food at all, she's a bit of a grazer so wetting it with gravy or switching to wet food altogether is out.
Any ideas on alternatives? I'm near a pets at home and all of the big 4 supermarkets.

Could you just add water to a dry a couple of minutes before putting it down?

I could (and have used a bit of gravy in the past) but as I said, she's a grazer and I don't like the thought of it sitting out all day.

I think air dried Ziwipeak is a slightly softer consistency than normal dried food.

Orijen do a freeze dried range, I'm not sure if that's less dry than normal dry foods.

Ooh thanks. Won't hurt to give it a try.
