petplan Insurance question

Had to get DDs ear treated without insurance so it cost me and DH £52 she now has insurance with petplan that kicks in the end of the month we have saved the receipt from the vets so can we claim back the £52 on the insurance ?

Op it's no good expecting tolerance and allowances for the things you have misunderstood/not learned yet/not got right first time etc, from other posters here if you can't offer the same across the board.

We are all here to help and support each other in the care and training of our dog, there is no need for judgement or nastiness by anyone. We may not always agree with each other, but there's no need to be rude and antagonistic. There are ways and ways of discussing different approaches without making it personal.
