Hi there

We're spending a weekend in Norwich soon and I'd like some recommendations for places to give my dog a good off lead run...any ideas?

TIA

Whitlingham broad is nice, just outside of the city,or earlham park even closer,if you fancy a trip out then winterton on sea isn't too far and that's a great place to go.

Earlham Park by the university is fantastic.

Thank you, we often take him down to Cromer for a run around the beach but I know it's closed to dogs over the summer, is the beach at Winterton open all year?

Yep winterton is open to dogs all year, they do close an area off for nesting birds not sure when that is,but there's still plenty of walking area, and the dunes are great.
Oh and there's a really nice cafe @ the beach ( outside seating for us doggie folk ).
Also holkham beach in North norfolk is prob.the best doggie beach I've ever been to,it's a huge area ( also a nudie area if that's your thing ) and very dog friendly,as is the Queen Vic.pub, good eating for sure.
