Do you have a contract or something with your dog walker?

I'm just setting this up and wondered about this. Do you have something to confirm the dog walkers name and address? I'm not handing over the keys for a while as we trial this potential dog walker but I'm wondering what I need in terms of information from the dog walker.

I signed some kind of contract...also I know where she lives .. she also gave me a copy of some kind of insurance - the cover is in case my house keys are stolen from / lost by her, not to do with the actual dog.

However much you trust the dog walker it might be a good idea to check that s/he is insured for the cost of replacing your locks if the keys are lost.
