Looks a lovely dog on video on BBC site. RSPCA know who previous owners were but it seems dog was rehomed 6 wks ago and they can't find new owners. Shows what can happen when dogs are rehomed privately rather than through rescue .

Oh God. That poor poor dog.

What is wrong with some people? Utter arseholes.

He looks so happy and friendly in the video, amazing. You'd think an experience like that would put him off people for life.
