buying home made dog treats - recommendations?

Hi, my wee dog is allergic to rice and its hard to find dog treats that have no rice in them. I've tried ordering online, but some places are really expensive so I wondered if anyone could recommend somewhere?

She likes cheese, peanut butter, liver, oats and yoghurt. She doesn't like anything that's 'air dried', too hard or too big. I'm particularly keen on breakfast treats and breath freshening treats (NOT lily's kitchen, she doesn't like this)

My lot love the Millies Wolfheart Salmon Wolfie Bix and White Fish Wolfie Bix. They're just fish and potato, about the size of a digestive biscuit but they're easy enough to break up into smaller pieces.
