my girl has been spayed today

she is sleeping. she looks so sad bless her. she has been given antibiotics by the vet and an appointment for the morning as the op had complications meaning she lost blood. am I an utter sap if I sleep in the living room with her tonight?!

DH slept in the lounge with Berthadog for two nights when she was spayed

Oh, I'd definitely sleep with her.
My little boy has his bits chopped of on Tuesday, I'm going to be more distressed than him :(

I feel better now other people do/would and less like she is a pampered madam. she's had a little wander about and gone for a wee but is back asleep now. other dog is most unimpressed that they can't play. feel for you pp today has dragged on waiting for her to be back

that is true! it suits her. she's waking up a lot now keeping her still is going to prove problematic!

lots brighter been back to the vets and they are happy with her but want to see her again on Monday

I take McDog up to the bedroom and cuddle him all night. Am I OTT?

His last op Wednesday tired him out so much he could only walk to the bottom of the stairs tho so I left him...

bless him! I think it's allowed then since so many of us do it . I am in a super bad mood today since everyone else got to go to bed and I stayed on sofa with crying madam all night!
