puppy name....Fergus?? or other suggestions pls

We are getting a puppy next week. We lost our dearly loved old girl recently to osteosarcoma.
He is a Lab x collie. Black and tan and very cute.
What do you think of the name Fergus? Any other suggestions welcome

I like Fergus. If I were to get a male dog I would call him Albie :)

I like Fergus, we have an Eric and plan to have a brother in a year or two who will be called Edgar.

we bump into a black lab puppy on our walks called Fergus, was a bit about the name to begin with but its really grown on me and think its a great name now.

tis nice. easy to see yourself shouting it to a dog. I do like Rufus as well.

I have a Fergus -my little black dog. we wanted to call him Wilbur, but it wasn't a naughty cheeky enough name for our rather characterful boy! Fergus is cute but wonderful when yelled too.
