Dog has been treated for fleas but has scabby itchy patch.

What could it be? Could it be a reaction to fleas or something else? She's in season feeling very sorry for herself and now has a scabby bald patch on her flank

My cat had this - well she was pickled with scabby patches. The vet said it was mange

Treated with Advocate, steroids and anti-histimines.

Oh god! Was hoping I could treat at home as money very tight until payday but best get her to the vets...

I hope it isn't what she had.

She was very poorly with it - the vet said he's seen a lot iof this year because of the good weather.
