Does anyone have any experience of this?

I have an 18 week old female Weimaraner. At 10 weeks old we noticed a green, mucus-y discharge from her girl bits. This caused discomfort, but she seemed well in herself.
We took her to the vets who diagnosed juvenile vaginitis, with an infection. Gave a course of antibiotics for 1 week which cleared it up, but as soon as the course had finished it returned.
Went back and he gave another course. Same thing happened.
He said he would give another course but would then think about spaying her early if it continued. We discussed this as he said that ideally with vaginitis they should be allowed one season, as during a season things move inside them and as a general rule it would clear up.
He has taken a swab, which came back as a stephococl-something.

She has just finished a 2 week course of a double dose of antibiotics but yesterday the green discharge came back.

Obviously I am going to take her to the vets Monday, but I wondered if anyone had experience of this?
I am not sure where we go from here.
