I only left them for an hour Shock

Lino pulled up and chewed to bits, paint scratched off the door, concrete dug up and the base board pulled out and chewed.

look at dog-shaming.com/
while I am not really happy with the concept of shaming your dog, this did make me feel a bit better about the credit card, favorite jacket, cashmere cardigan and toy dragon that have been destroyed just this week by our own fluffy pet crocodile

Ullena · 20/09/2012 20:55

Is it a labrador, by any chance?

topknob · 20/09/2012 20:56

What Ullena said..

boredandrestless · 20/09/2012 20:58
Shock
BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 20/09/2012 20:58

Nope, not a Lab.

Well I do have a labrador but the puppy is a GSD. Luckily we anticipated puppy destruction which is why we have manky lino and carpet at the moment Grin

Thank god for that - I thought your title was "My puppy has eaten the KITTEN".

Though thinking about it, I'm pretty sure I started a thread about the Lab a couple of years ago entitled 'My Dog ate Christmas' or similar Grin

I left my sisters lurcher puppy in my dining room with three other dogs to play with and access to a large yard to play in. He ate the fecking skirting board.

He was only left 15 minutes Shock

Ullena · 20/09/2012 21:17

Grin Our labrador ate the sofa, two skirting boards, part of a load bearing wall, three TV remotes, one pair of spectacles, two mobile phones, six pairs of shoes, two handbags, one purse with contents, a pair of curtains, the bible from our wedding ceremony, three photo albums, six paperback books, one cat litter tray with contents and half a bag of compost...then she turned a year old and became the best dog ever!

Actually, I think she just ran out of new things to chew...

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 20/09/2012 21:23

Lab is now 2, and very trustworthy.

I have been leaving HullyGully invested on the conservatory when I go out and she has been brilliant.

So when she barked at 6.10 am I figured after letting her out for a wee I'd not crate her, and went back to bed. Dh went in first at 6:50.

She had chewed the arm of a chair, chewed up the phone console and managed to get a tub of shoe polish of a 4.5 foot shelf.

She was black from biting it, not liking it and burying it on her bed.

All in 45 minutes. All in silence.

InvisibleHotPinkWeasel · 20/09/2012 21:35

Invested is uncrated.

topknob · 20/09/2012 21:41

My GSD puppy was perfect, sorry x

topknob · 20/09/2012 21:45

The lab when he was a puppy however ate a wall..little fecker ! He died a while back though :(
