Hi my usually lively 2 yr old choc lab is not himself.
He is quiet and walking with his head low at some points.
He is eating and drinking and doing his business as usual.
Twice in the last 24 hours he has 'leaked' from his penis something that has never happened before. He is un neutered. We are not talking a droplet but almost a semi wee but not wee coming out but what looks like semen?? (TMI)
Undeceided about what to do and was wondering if this was something any one had experienced before.
Obviously will take him to the vets if he doesn't perk up.
Many thanks for any advice.

Is it smegma? I understand that entire males produce more of it than neutered ones. It is a creamy, slightly yellowish discharge from around the penis - normal but be concerned if a lot more than usual.

I think you should go to the vets asap actually, a 2 two year old lab should be bouncy and the fact he is quieter than normal means something is wrong-I am wondering if he has an infection of some sort. As he doesn't have anything obvious like a tummy bug, then he really should be checked out now. Hope he is better soon.

To the vet if he is markedly subdued. No question!

He seems more perky today, got a full body wag this morning when I came down and let him out the kitchen. Thanks for all the advice, I will continue to keep a close eye on the naughty boy!
