Looking for some inspiration before the DC get in first

Doggy is a chocolate labrador pup, female.

I love really girly names, but need one that DH will fell comfortable shouting

Hooker? Not many would want to call that out, but with that much dog (how much do they weigh collectively?!) no-one's going to dare say anything!

seven dogue de bordeux and mastiff types???? What do you live in, a bloody mansion? I can only imagine how much space all those beds and bowls would take up

My dads girl boxer is called. . . . Wait for it. . . . . . . Hunni. Not Honey, but Hunni.

Ohhh in kennels. Awww I can imagine all these 7 massive dogs snuggled up in a MAHOOOOOOOOOOOSIVE heap all fast asleeo, you know, like a litter would :o

My girly dog is also called Poppy. My Dad's is Freya. Our last foster was Fleur. We've also had a Bess, Shera, Myra and Zara.

charlearose I can't believe your dogs! They're gorgeous, I'm very jealous! We have one Dogue, she's just a pup but I can see how you wanted more than one.

There arrived so many coco and cadbury chocie labs it's embarrassing.

Could you go for something less descriptive of the colour and more towards the personality?

I've got a poodle x border collie called Poppy :) We've also had a Gemma, Rosie, Della, Megan, Maggie and Sheena over the years.

Our neighbours have a choc. lab puppy called Roxy. She's a darling. I really like Dolly for a labbie. Our new pup is Lucy but I also considered Meg, Kate and Zoe. Simple and not too frilly for the benefit of DH's street cred .
