Aaaw misdee, glad you're feeling a bit better.

DH doesn't like our sheltie much. Sheltie can be very stubborn and point blank refuse to go out for a walk/ do the exact opposite of what he is told etc and it drives DH crazy. He gets on much better with Poppy, our JRTx. Weirdly she is much naughtier, but she's more of a "real dog" (loves walks in any weather, chases stuff, catches balls, rolls in fox poo) and I think he quite enjoys walking this feisty, bouncy animal.

I'm quite firm over everyone taking their part with the pets, mind you, like it or not. Both DH and the girls complain from time to time about walking/ feeding/ cleaning up, but I ignore the complaints, particularly as the girls wanted the animals. To be fair to DH, he usually does his bit without too many grumbles for someone who never really said he wanted a dog (let alone 2 plus a cat!).
