having just had an evening from hell with the dogs/children etc, i emailed the labradoodle hysterically to help me as wasnt coping.

just had a lovely conversation with a fosterer who is coming to collect him tomorrow, assess him etc, and then the trust will find him a lovely home.

am gutted, but am also happy knowing i;ve done the right thing to keep tom happy and loved and secure.

Going to take him for a lovely jaunt over the fields tomorrow come rain or shine, and enjoy one last mud-soaked doodle dash with him.

Poor you, you have had so much on your plate. You did the right thing, he will find a good home and be loved.

I got 2 doodles who are sisters but from different litters. It was much easier than 2 pups together.. The we got their little sister doodle no 3 which was rehomed to me because the owner had small kids and couldnt cope. She is a real live wire, but fortunately as we have lots of space and time for her is as now as happy as larry.

In the right home Tom will be fine, doodles tend to find new homes quite quickly

feel really sorry for you misdee - hope you can get some peace of mind now that your decision has been made. Onwards adn upwards Smile
ATYD - I wasn't judging or second guessing in a bad way. I rehomed a puppy recently and know exactly how it feels to be that overwhelmed and sad that you didn't cope. That's all Smile
