What is wrong with bakers?

Does anyone have any links? or can tell me how they know it is bad? we dont use it so this is purely for curiosity. Also what about pedigree chum? are there any supermarket brands which are good? I know IAMS is bad and why that is.

If I ever run our I use boiled rice or potato and some tinned fish or cheap mince, no upset tummies.:)

Ours was on Bakers when he came from the rescue and could have destroyed civilizations with his farts. Switched him to James Wellbeloved as it's what the cat's been on for years and the improvement in his coat in terms of feel and shine, and the improvement in the ...ahem... emissions has been dramatic!

If I run out - the pet food shop's right beside Tescos anyway or hubby works about 5 minutes away from Pets at Home... but it's cheaper in the other shop.
