I am now the proud mum of a GSD X, he is beautiful black and tan 8 months old and so loyal follows me everywhere make's sure my kids are all together before resting, he is wonderful and i'm sooooo in love.

I is 'ere!

Only I think you may have the wrong Vallhala cos my Sheps are far from perfect! :o

Congratulations and may you have many, many happy years together. :) I reckon he's a lucky boy to have found you. Is he another rescue boy?

He sounds typical of the breed mixes doesn't he, following you loyally and making sure that the children are herded together.

Gawd, what can I say? Keep him exercised, mentally stimulated (unless you have a rare dopey one that'll be one seriously smart boy you have there) and ENJOY!

What's his name? And where are my pictures???? You're slacking!

There you are!!

Stop being modest miss Wink

Owners couldn't look after him any more so they re-homed him with me...oh no vallhala i'm the lucky one.

Totally Vallhala so handsome and i could just eat him(obviously i wouldn't).

I am shocked how he has taken to everyone! it's like he has been here forever.

yep he is walking the legs off me i actually have swollen feet Blush.

Oh don't i wish he was dopey Grin but nope fraid not so mentally stimulation is a must.

His name is Shadow and can't do picture's cant remember my email address so i can't get on my profile Blush
but thought i would share my news with you as you are just like me with animals and i know you love your GSD'S.

He sounds lovely. Wish i lived nearby, I'd be popping in for a -cuddle with him-- cup of tea with you. :)

It's funny how they just seem to be made for you sometimes, isn't it? I have same emotions about Fish, just as if he'd been here from a pup because it sure feels as if he as.

How's the little fella taking to him? (Wondering who is going to be the boss here though I suspect that dog does not have long legs!).

thesunshinesbrightly · 07/09/2010 22:33

A cuddle with my dog?? and there was me thinking you wanted my company Grin

Yes i agree he just seems to of blended right in... he has had no accidents, no whimpering at night and he certainly hasn't gone off his food.

Haha! i reckon the little one is boss but big man is not a wimp at all and is very confident(like he is feeling his feet and looking after us but not at all aggressive just walks proud) when on walks, strange that.
