Baby waking each hour

Wide awake at this time again because baby is waking each hour and won’t seem to settle for long :( she is 11 weeks, she was
doing 2-3 hour stretches of sleep at the start of the night and then unsettled for the rest of the night but now isn’t even doing that! She is tired and will fall straight back asleep on me but wakes shortly after I put her back in the next to me crib.

I am wondering if she is waking up cold, our gro egg says the room is 19 degrees and we’ve got her in a long sleeve sleep suit and a 2.5 tog sleep bag. I was thinking of adding a short sleeve vest as well to see if that would be more comfortable for her but all charts say to only put them in a sleep suit with the 2.5 sleep bag!? Would adding a short sleeve vest be dangerous? I am very worried about her being too hot.

she does have reflux and is on omeprazole but she sleeps absolutely fine during the day.

I feel your pain. My 7 month old has always woken every 1 or 2 hours! Definitely have a vest on under sleepsuit, always. Mine currently has a long sleeve vest, sleepsuit and 2.5 tog sleeping bag in a room 20 degrees. Does your DD have cold hands or ears? She may be wanting the warmth of your body. Or just the comfort of it! Also try heating the next to me with a hot water bottle or hot wheatie before you out her down. Imagine going from being all cosy to being on a cold hard mattress alone. Saying all this, nothing has worked for my DS! Some babies just wake a lot!
