Is my 7 week olds poo runny?

Hi
I have a 7 week old and he has like one explosive poo a day! Usually middle of night.
It seems quite runny to me, is this normal or should he be having more than one a day.
He seems to be straining alot and grunting.
He is also on coleir for his colic, is this something that might be affecting his poo's?

Hey I'm not sure about coleir but my LO only poos every 2/3 days, so whatevers normal for your baby is normal for your baby I wouldn't worry. I rub his tummy and do bicycle legs with mine every nappy change as he also sometimes seems to struggle
