Do you look at the time when not sleeping?

I veer from
Yes - I need to know if its early enough to get back to sleep
No - knowing the time would stop me from getting back to sleep if its closer to waking up time.

If it's dark I could hope there would be enough time, but in the middle of winter, it could be 7am.

I'm just tired and of course, all the thoughts and worries appear, and that then keeps me awake.....

Any tips on getting back to sleep?

Sorry, I've just realised where I have posted, and I'm definitely NOT breastfeeding (did that 30+ years ago!) But can't see how to change location, it must be the tiredness that's getting to me.....

I try not to but mostly because to see the time I would look at my phone.

Getting back to sleep, I try to do a guided relaxation. Whether that’s imagining different parts of my body switching off or imagining a beautiful walk. Doesn’t always work but does calm my thoughts a little.

I turn the clock away so I can’t see it, and I do pelvic floors. They are so boring that I usually fall asleep.
Failing that it’s a DIY orgasm which usually works 😳
