Teething help please!

My little one is teething and I’m at loss how to help him he also has a viral infection to do with his throat which is hard as he has a fever and is very unsettled with teething on top of that does anyone have any tips or tricks on how to help especially at night he just won’t sleep at all he’s very overtired but in pain so won’t sleep or sleeps for like 30mins then wakes up crying, I tried rocking him putting him in his carrycot and push that back and forth, having him laying on me to try get him to sleep, in his swing chair, standing up with him close to my chest and swaying, I’m giving him paracetamol and ibuprofen this is what the doctor said to give him for his viral infection, also give him cold teething rings, try to distract him with hey bear his favourite thing to watch on tv but he’s just really irritable, just looking for any tips or anything I can do to help him sleep and be more comfortable he’s 4 months old
