On the seating plan, it seems you have to click the little flickering "F" at the bottom - this in turn highlights seat 42F. Then, when you click on that, you get an anagram puzzle which solves as "OTHER MAN". That leads to the clip with the black man and son ...

So was there a survivor from the tail end of the plane who is the "other man"?
