Anyone see the film Blessed this weekend

On Saturday morning, there was a film Blessed with James Nesbitt. Got caught up watching it, it was beautiful but very emotional. Amazing scenery from Isle of Skye, the story was so sad but hooked you in from the start. About a workaholic Dad who looses his family in tragic circumstances and ends up being a lighthouse keeper. Tissues needed!

Just noticed its on bbciplayer. Was on BBC2 on Saturday morning.

can anyone tell me how it ended??? My dvd recorder cut out 10 minutes before the end!

Did you see the bit where the post/delivery man from the mainland came over. Found out about the girl, James Nesbitt said they had both lost everything and wanted to stay together. It skimmed over how that would happen in reality, he had also been ignoring his stack of letters to say he would not be needed as the lighthouse was to be automated.

Basically the end was summed up in pictures, bit suggary but was still blubbing, showing
the girl grown up on her wedding day with JN, then with husband, baby, and JN cuddling 'grandchild'. Happy Ever After aaarrrgghhh!! Sniff Sniff!!
