the poor children with this disease. it is astounding that something so awful can be almost unknown to the westeren world.

make me so very gratefull of the NHS

I saw this and it was heartbreaking. I'd never heard of noma before. It was absolutely horrendous and really put things in perspective as I'm always complaining about my spots and being overweight.

Since becoming a mum, I just can't watch anything like this.
