Thanks guys. how frustrating though. definitely not the guy from her apartment, no. She was attacked before she went and sat on the bench (in the dark, alone - as you would had you just been attacked!)

Just as an aside, who is the father of her daughter?

He was the bloke who's mum died last week or week before. He was rushing to the hospital cos Mark had told him his mum didn't have long left and just as he was about to get into a parking space Connie raced in and got in it first so by the time he got in the hospital his mum had died (i think anyway)
