I was just coming on to post about this! Just wanted to know what other people were thinking/thought about it

my friend works there but isn't the social worker side of it IYSWIM after working there she changed her mind about becoming a social worker!

its a pain as it makes it look like all managers fault. But what is she meant to do with cases? hold onto them? let them sit there? Staff get over loaded and then blamed for a poor job

it's an untenable situation caused by years of underfunding.

The bureaucracy is astounding.

Looks lime bad organisation rather than lack of funding. Totally unworkable administration systems.

This is, without a doubt, one of the most depressing things I've seen on TV.
