it is fab. I have recorded it after stumbling across it yesterday morning. DC and I watched it and have series linked the rest.

Threatened to marry dd1 off to one of the boys. She is only interested in chicken or pasta things.

We have watched it every day. DS (10) wants to enter next year, although if he does he's going to have to get over his distrust of most vegetables...

I slightly wish they would change the format though - having seen two weeks' worth now am getting a bit bored with Nadia has a taste of the first course and comments, John has a taste of the first course and comments, Nadia has a taste of the other course and comments, John has a taste of the other course and comments, cut to child who says he/she is really pleased because cooking is their passion x all four contestants...

Would rather see more actual cooking.

They are v nice to the contestants too. I don't know if they give more advice off screen though & I would hope they do.

They are absolutely fantastic on this show! makes me feel that my 10yr old cannot cook like that because all I have shown her how to make is cupcakes!!

Filleting a fish? At that age? Marvellous..my dd has a thing for Rick Stein but we haven't filleted anything (ever)! Or cooked much other than Spag Bol & curry.
