Anybody else having trouble recording with a Sky HD+ box?

Sometimes it records ok, but a lot of the time the screen keeps freezing, pixellating and jumping. We'd series link recorded True Blood and it's all like this, so now we can't really watch it .

Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas what's causing it and what to do?

We had a similar experience with episodes of Flash Forward. Then this week lots of stuff we recorded in advance (ie not just pressing "R" whilst the programmes live) recorded without sound. DH rang Sky and they talked him through some techi stuff which has solved the problem.
