Missed the first hour, is it repeated does anyone know ?

Don't know, I don't think so usually and it's not on itvplayer. I fell asleep about 9.30 but caught the very end - what was in the letter and why had they waited to call an ambulance ?

The letter was a love letter from the woman who did the part time sewing for the shop (Cassandra from Only Fools & Horses) to the lord of the manor chappie. They were lovers.

They waited to call the ambulance because the bloke who died was abusive and violent and all his family hated him. They waited until he was dead, all sat at the table holding hands and praying, before they called.
