It's a bit odd.

The guy with the blood is someone who tried to mug Ian and his girlfriend. They managed to take him hostage and now he's in the kitchen.
Karen tried to grab the baby but it was a teddy in the pram.
And best of all Mimi's lady bits are playing up......!
