flashforward, where can i watch it?

i NEED to see episode 18. but its been removed from where i usually watch it. does anyone know of anyplace that will let me watch it online? cant do live telly as never know when anything is on. and cant manage toarrange life around it, iyswim.
please help

You can get it on itunes.

I have series pass for it as don't get channel 5, but I think you can get individual episodes too.

I thought they had it online on C5 website to, but haven't really checked there.
