Ok this is prob really sad starting a thread on this but i bought a copy of reveal magazine earlier and there is an interview in there with verona joseph.

She is 31 years old and has a 12 year old son

could not believe it. although i guess in holby city she plays a 21 year old i think so maybe thats why i was so shocked

she looks really really good and well

That interview's doing the rounds - there's one in TV Choice as well. I was surprised too, but not as surprised as I was when I was 16 and doing a work experience placement in a care home, where one of the staff seemed to me to be in her twenties - until her 20something year old son came in to see her one day! Seems black skin does indeed hold the secret of eternal youth.

I knew she was a lot older than Jess (her part in HC) I think she looks bl**dly great........
