Is it worth me watching Ashes to Ashes?

I have all the episodes on the recorder and not much time to watch them.

I did watch the first episode but it was not riveting.

Does it get better? Should I find the time to watch them or delete the whole lot?

I gave up last series and DH gave up on it after the 2nd episode in this series. I can't abide the woman in these ones.

Have you seen the other series? I also watched the first one this series but found it dull - not sure whether this was just because I didn't already know the characters etc, or just not my thing.

if i were you, i would not watch until the series is finished, and then settle down to a marathon session, all in one!!! each episode is an hour long, with a recap of the last episode at the start, and a preview of the next at the end. i recon 50 minutes a show then.....

could be an all nighter!

can't do that chimchar because the recorder is already 90% + full so I need to start making decisions as to what to delete

I've enjoyed this series far more than the last one. Although Sam Tyler was the best.

Definitely watch it. I'm really enjoying this series (and loved the bit of U2 & Echo and the Bunnymen played last night). DH is less keen with this series but then he's continued to watch Heroes on BBC2 whereas I've given up over the last few weeks as I just can't be bothered with it.

A2A is great fun - especially if you follow all the theories/clues etc. in the other thread!

It's easily the best thing on tv.
