...ick? Not because the characters are gay, but because the way it is being presented reminds me of lads mags? Just saw the actress playing Sian being interviewed and she was introduced as being 'one of the actresses involved in Corrie's first ever girl-on-girl love scenes' (I'm paraphrasing a bit, but the 'girl-on-girl' bit was definitely in there). I just find the whole 'sexy schoolgirls snogging' titillation thing a bit unpleasant.

Sadly that was just the usual lecherous talk from Eamon holmes, he cant help himself, god knows why Ruth puts up with him! (he said girl on girl !) yeuch

It was Mr.Holmes. Made me feel a little ill, tbh. Why is it that soaps can tackle male homosexuality with a focus on the issues surrounding being gay, yet when they tackle female sexuality there's a sense of 'Phwoar! Girls! Snogging! With lipstick!'.
