I was watching this with DD1 today, and I noticed that while all the other monkeys/apes talk like teenagers, the drummer "Drum" talks like a 2-year old. Why is a 2-year old hanging out with a teenage band? Why not just make her a teenager too?

It's really bothering me! I was wondering if she had learning difficulties. Or whether it was a stupid in-joke about drummers (what do you call someone who hangs around with musicians? etc.).

Can anyone enlighten me?

It would probably be ok if the storyteller said "HIS name is igglepiggle!"
I'd better go and do something useful really !

My parents babysat the other day. My mum wants to know why only the female Zingzillas have tails (does Panzee have a tail?).
They're growing on me, partly for the musical education but mainly the Moaning Stones.

I love Igglepiggle, mostly because he's just like my toddler, complete with falling over when things get too much. And Derek Jacobi deserves every acting award he's ever got.

because orangutans and gorillas don't have tails.

Loose = a gibbon
Tan = orangutan
zack = a gorilla (i think)

none of these have tails.

One of my sisters friends is in the band that does the zingzilla music! I wonder if she can ask him?!

if Sarah-Jane H is one of them then that would explain the 2 yr old voice, that is how she talks all the time, sets my teeth on edge..watch Mighty Mites if you need any further evidence. A grown woman, with an itsy bitsy girly voice - ewww.
