I thought that candyfluff, she just talks like he will achieve nothing right in front of him. He breaks my heart actually.

I have a ds with HFA so this programme very close to my heart, hope they do more follow up.

Made me feel very hopeful they way Tom had fitted in at the end. His mate was just lovely and made me feel if there is one kid like that who will look past a disability then there will be more out there too for ds.

I was so pleased to see this follow-up programme. It was great to see that things were beginning to work out for Tom. Candyfluff - I was surprised the way Tom's mum spoke in front of him too, she seemed very miserable whereas in the first programme she seemed much more caring and worried for him. Maybe it was just a bad day, I think she has at least four children, must have been such a trying time for all of them moving so far away.

I absolutely love Alex and his girlfriend too, they are so sweet! He was so lovely, describing the house he would like to move into "but of course mum would come too" . I love that he wants to look after his mum.

Poor Oliver, it really came across how literally he took things - waiting for the job to materialise because he'd been verbally promised. I hope things work out for him.

i think tom's mum has 2 kids with autisim and 4 other kids so 6 altogether
