1. put kids to bed if you have any 2. get someone to sit in with them if you don't have a dp/dh at home while you nip to asda (or your nearest large supermarket) 3. get on the bus and if the driver is handsome, flash him your most flirtacious smile 4. at asda buy: 1 bottle of wine or whatever you like best to drink a tub of ben & jerry's ice cream a cream cake and whatever else you may fancy... 5. go home and thank the sitter/dh/dp....nah don't thank dh/dp, it's their job!!! 6. tell dh/dp if you have one to go out with his mates and see his cheshire cat style grin appear, but tell him he must be gone by 9pm 7. at 8:55 get all your items bought previously and go and sit under the duvet in bed if you have a tv in your bedroom or sit infront of the sitting room tv and lie on the floor...whatever.. 8. put channel 4 on 9. its big brother....yay!!!!! 10. totally indulge and worry about the diet tomorrow ENJOY!!!
