Doh I missed it last night. I loved the Marrakesh one last week...

I am! The food and scenery is lovely.
however his hair is bugging me- nit sure why and if he says "oh my lord" one more time I WILL smack him.

I thought the pork chop and bean combo looked lovely too.

Though I was put off by his chewed up and filthy fingernails. That was a bit gross.

but what was that rabbit thing about - skin a rabbit, chop it up (every single bit, bleurgh) and stick it in a pan. bet that just tasted like boiled meat. gross.

hope this is not inappropriate to say but my dh was the cameraman on the series (all except Marrakech & Athens) so I am feeling rather vicariously proud of the whole thing, esp as I picked up the book in Sainsbos the other day and there is a pic of and a thank you for my dh in the acknowledgments

BUT .... when I was watching bits of it on tape I also asked whether he ever washes his hands before handling the food which my dh thought was quite typically point-missing of me
