I watched and was very for the american woman.

Oh, I shed a few tears myself when the guy was openly sobbing about her miserable life

Wasn't she so brave to allow herself to be filmed ?

I didn't watch it (never do) but now I'm curious. What was the matter?

JMTPW, the lady in the US was very, very obese and she allowed herself to be filmed to try and dissuade someone else from getting to that point

It showed her difficulties with keeping herself clean (she was very graphic, but I am not going to repeat) and she was filmed naked on a shower seat as her mobilty was very compromised

very sad and shocking

she was really really brave wasn't she? I love this programme, didn't the guy do well at the end?

i used to think this was a sensationalist load of tosh but ive changed my mind. it always works for them at the end. the larger sized person always always looses weight and the thinner persona always seems to gain a bit of weight and adopts a healthier approach to food.

it seems to make them confront their crappy diets by watching the other attempt to eat it.
also the group with anorexia is being handled really well and is extremely informative.

AF - face like plasticine lololololololololololololololol dh always mentions his funny hair and says its green and i always say he has a funny face. Embarrassing bodies is good too or Embarrassing shirts as DH calls it, Plasticine lol!

its great that they lose/gain weight in the 12weeks afterwards but what i would like is a follow up programme a year later
