Holby - I just don't understand the Chrissy's baby storyline

I don't think I've missed a recent episode. That (v annoying) doctor who seems to be the new baby's father...how did all that all come about then??

She went on a date from a dating website (that she agreed to join because she wanted her dad to join up) - met him, got pregnant on a one night thing, then as always happens in soapland the doc shows up, is first a twat and then turns it all around and becomes a loveable eccentric!

PS When she announced she'd had a baby girl before who had passed away - was that in any previous storylines? It just seemed a bit out of the blue?

Yes, I remember that because I was 6 mths pregnant, it was summer 2003, she had a baby (with another doctor who wasn't her husband at the time, who she had been shagging on the day before her wedding) born prematurely called Amanda who died I think after a few days.

(she was married to Owen the Scouse gynaecologist whose acting skills are akin to that log over there, although he turned out a fine chocolate fondant on Sleb masterchef) but shagging a bloke who looked like a boxer (flat nose) called Will or Bill or something. He had been a murderer before becoming a doctor (or some such truly believable stuff )

He is awful isn't he? What was that speech about owning balls all about?

I love the way some top midwife expert showed up and treated Chrissy - 1:1 if you please! - at her workplace.

The rest of us mortals take our chances in endless waiting rooms to see someone with £3000 to pay on the hospital car park ticket.

Hang on, didn't chrissy have a hysterectomy after the baby that died? She had an emergency c-section with owen's baby and was back at work lifting stuff within a week? Now I'm confused.

Ooh yes to Micheal. I liked it when he was being a bad boy on Holby though. He's on a pretty tight leash with Anna-Lise these days.

I like Joseph too - all that bottled up rage..

Chrissie did say something about it being a miracle that she was pregnant again, after being told she couldn't have children...There was something after the m/c because of course (it being Holby) she nearly died....

I'd have Michael Spence, Joseph and Linden.

But not Oliver (he's got a girl-mouth as well) or Elliot. Or Doctor Green.

oooh I liked Owen, he was all manly I don't get the attractoin to Michael, he looks like he wears more makeup than me and he's a bit too, well, feminine physically? I do quite like Sasha ( the father of Chrissie's baby) even though he's a tit.
