New Series: "The Prisoner"?

Just seen a trailer for a new series/version of The Prisoner... Anyone know anything about this? Loved the re-runs of the 60s original although could never really make head nor tail of it!

Quite! The lead actor caught my eye much more than Patrick McGoohan ever would have done... It looked like it was in a desert somewhere too. All very modern and sexed up, no doubt. But I'll be watching.

I watched the original in the 60s - I was allowed to get out of bed and come downstairs specially for it! I doubt that it could be bettered and I'm pretty sure I'll be hugely disappointed.

Looks like a silly idea to me. They'd be better off showing the original.
