I am. I probably shouldn't though, I always end up envying the skinny one and thinking their figure is great - old anorexic thinking from teenage years!

I'm a little concerned that my 8 year old thinks the skinny one looks fine!!!

I'm shocked that an adult woman can weigh less than 6st!

It is formulaic, but I like the fact that they pull no punches - you're fat because you eat too much and if you don't lose weight it WILL kill you.

Oh anna richardson looks quite good - shame she doesn't feel it.

I haven't seen any of these programmes on c4 before. I am currently trying to lose weight and think I am better off watching Children's hospital that I recorded.

Pre-children I weighed 6st 3lbs at 5' and I promise that I didn't look that skinny and I got pregnant despite using contraception

My MIL has that vibroplate thing. She's really overweight and is on lighter life so not selling it to me.

They said that smaller girl should weigh between 7 and 7.5 stone at 5 ft 1.

I'm 5ft and cannot maintain a weight below 8 st 2, but am very slim (8-10) at that weight.

I'm not at risk of an eating disorder personally, but messages like that from a programme supposed to tackle these issues are not helpful.

No it doesn't AF - it really doesn't.

It's a shame that Anna Richardson doesn't feel that she looks nice, because she does.

I ought to clarify - obviously it is normal to be a lighter weight if you are of small stature.

and perhaps they are aware she does actually have an eating disorder and didn't want to frighten or "overface" her, IYSWIM, by pushing for a higher weight

ToffeeAddict I'm currently about your weight and for me I really am overweight, I have no waist at all! I do think what is right for some people is different. I am my correct weight around 7-7.5 stone. Mind you I have virtually no muscle at the moment so my extra weight is all flab!

The vibrating plate works by making your muscles work harder so you do your "bench" exercise for your tummy muscles and they have to work harder than if you were just doing the poise on a floor.

I look fine at 7.5 stone, though I'm currently 7st 13 and I'm 5'2, so it's perfectly possible she'd look fine at 7stone.

She seems so lovely and smart, but how do things get that bad? I just don't understand.
