Million Pound Bike Ride for Sport Relief

On BBC1 now, anyone watching?

That little boy William who cares for his mother who has osteo-arthritis and his two younger siblings, he's 11 I think. Made me well up. A sport relief donation lets him and other kids who have stressful lives caring for parents have a break and a bike ride..

Would be great if Mumsnet could do something t help child carers.

I have cried through most of the programme, they are awe inspiring people, especially Fearn Cotton. will def donate just to thank them for cycling all that way!

Dh and I watched - it was really good - looked horribly hard work.

Didn't it?

I just donated too! Well. Got the bloke to so it but same thing

Now watching Eddie Izzard doing some bonkers amount of marathons, 43 in 51 days. His legs must be permanently buggered?!

I thought jimmy Carr behaved like a complete twunt, I am still mad about him 24 hours after watching!

What a delightful moniker you have

Yes not really sure what the point of him was. Fearne, Davina and David trained so much..

Patrick wasn't much better but it did amuse me that he was packing whiskey and Guinness where the others had energy bars etc!
